If your institution has an active chapter charter in place and you meet the eligibility criteria outlined here, then please complete the appropriate application along with the lifetime membership fee of $40 and return to your Faculty Chapter Advisor:

Once the applications are approved and payment is received, the National Office will send membership certificates and lapel pins to the Faculty Chapter Advisor. The chapter may not induct members until their applications are formally approved and the certificates and pins have been received.

... as an At-large Member

If your institution does not have an existing chapter charter and is incapable of petitioning for one, you may apply to join the TUA Honor Society as an At-larger Member.

Complete the At-large member application and then click here to apply online. Submit the application, $40 lifetime membership fee, and all supporting documents to the NOHS National Office. We will not accept the application through email. Applications will not be processed until we receive the $40 lifetime membership fee for each new member.

All fees must be paid within 60 days of your application. Once we have received the payment, we will send out a membership certificate and lapel pin to the At-Large Member.
